RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Purpose: Manage & Lead BIM implementation and digital construction tools adoption across projects, including LIDAR scanning and Reality Capture technologies, ensuring accurate digital representation of site conditions, enhanced coordination, and integration with schedule and cost systems.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, model governance, and digital workflows across all Smart Construction projects.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of Reality Capture technologies including LiDAR scanning, drone photogrammetry, and 360 site capture in coordination with the BIM and site teams.
- Ensure the integration of LiDAR and scanned data into BIM models to produce accurate as-built models and support digital twin development.
- Manage 4D (schedule) and 5D (cost) integration ensuring alignment between BIM models, P6, and ERP systems.
- Supervise BIM Data Engineers and coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy, clash detection efficiency, and real-time site updates.
- Monitor BIM performance KPIs including model accuracy rate, clash reduction rate, scan-to-model turnaround time, and digital adoption level.

Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
8 to 10 years of experience in BIM management within experience in construction projects.
Professional Certifications
Autodesk / BIM Professional Certification
Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360
ReCap, OpenSpace, Drone photogrammetry tools
At least 4 years in a managerial role, Experience in substation / infrastructure projects.
