BIM Manager

The BIM Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Giza, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves overseeing and managing all BIM processes to enhance project delivery and coordination. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM models, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, ensuring BIM standards compliance, and providing support in virtual design and construction planning. The BIM Manager will also conduct quality checks, drive innovation in BIM processes, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

• Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Strong knowledge of Virtual Design and Construction methodologies
• Experience in Architecture and design processes
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with leading BIM software platforms
• Ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams and support collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
