Job Summary
Saudi Constructioneers Ltd (SAUDICO) is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and oversee all BIM activities for a major Giga-project in Riyadh. This role reports directly to the Project Director and requires a strong technical background in large-scale construction projects, expertise in optimizing digital workflows, and leadership in digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BIM implementation across all project phases, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
- Lead multi-disciplinary coordination and resolve complex clashes for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.
- Develop and optimize workflows using Dynamo, automation tools, and computational design techniques.
- Lead 4D construction sequencing and integrate infrastructure modeling into project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to BIM teams across disciplines.
- Collaborate with project management, design, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely digital deliverables.
- Ensure consistency and quality of BIM outputs, standards, and documentation.
- Monitor emerging technologies and innovative BIM practices to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management, with a strong portfolio in large-scale or Giga projects.
- Proven expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms.
- Advanced skills in Dynamo, Synchro 4D, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge and experience in applying ISO 19650 standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a BIM Manager in a construction company for 3+ years.
- Experience in infrastructure projects and complex 4D construction sequencing.
