Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The BIM Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, providing leadership in virtual design and construction efforts, developing and enforcing BIM standards, and ensuring effective collaboration between teams, including architecture and MEP design professionals. The selected candidate will also support digital project delivery and provide technical expertise to enhance project accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (from a recognized institute)
• Registration as per laws prevalent in Qatar related to practice of Engineering Professions-MMUP
• Minimum 10 years experience in building projects (design/engineering/construction)
• Minimum 5 years hands-on BIM management experience
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and implementation of BIM standards
• Strong skills in BIM Coordination and Virtual Design
• Experience in Architectural planning and integration with BIM processes
• Knowledge and application of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within BIM models
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and digital construction workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize project workflows
• Relevant certifications in BIM or Digital Delivery are a plus
