BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, management, and coordination of BIM processes across all project disciplines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.
• Lead multidisciplinary design reviews, clash detection, model coordination, and model quality assurance.
• Manage BIM deliverables, Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, model exchanges, and project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and project standards.
• Monitor BIM performance, workflows, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor BIM Coordinators, BIM Engineers, and Modelers.
• Support digital construction initiatives, including 4D/5D BIM, model-based planning, and construction optimization, where applicable.
• Promote continuous improvement and the effective adoption of BIM and digital delivery standards across the project.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. 12+ years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in a BIM Management role.
3. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360, and related BIM technologies.
4. Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, BIM standards, information management, and CDE workflows.
5. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM coordination and delivering complex construction projects.
6. Strong understanding of BIM deliverables, model QA/QC, clash detection, coordination, and information management.
7. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring BIM teams.
