Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Architecture BIM Modelers to support the delivery of largescale, high-profile projects.

The role focuses on developing coordinated, high-quality BIM models, enabling design teams to focus on design leadership, innovation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models up to LOD350 in line with Dar standards and project requirements.
• Translate design concepts into fully coordinated, buildable models and documentation.
• Produce drawings, schedules, and quantities directly from BIM models.
• implementing Classification such as Cobie ,Uniformat and Master format
• Create and manage Revit families (parametric components) aligned with project and office standards.
• Ensure full compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), QA/QC procedures, and Dar workflows.
• Support model federation, clash detection, and coordination reviews.
• Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, and data structure as per Dar and client requirements.
• Using Common Data Environments (CDE), such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
• Contribute to efficient model updates across all Design stages.
• Utilize BIM models to generate visualizations and renderings for design presentation.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in BIM modeling within international or regional consultancy firms

Advanced proficiency in:

• Autodesk Revit
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• Autodesk Construction Cloud /BIM360
• Enscape/Lumion

Strong understanding of:

• BIM workflows across all design stages
• LOD requirements and model-based deliverables
• Multidisciplinary coordination in complex developments
• BIM automation tools such as Dynamo and Grasshopper

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience on large-scale developments (residential, mixed-use, hospitality, masterplans)
• Familiarity with projects in KSA / GCC, particularly complex, multi-package developments
• Knowledge of ISO 19650.
• Ability to create and manage Revit families and templates aligned with office standards.
