Among our most ambitious master developments is Azizi Venice, a mixed-use waterfront destination in Dubai South with an approximate project value of AED 30 billion. Alongside exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (set to become the second tallest tower in the world) and Monaco Mansions, Studio 360 continues to expand its capabilities to support a growing portfolio of transformative projects.

Our multidisciplinary team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative, design-led, and value-driven real estate assets that define Dubai's evolving skyline and lifestyle landscape.

As a BIM Modeler Mechanical, reporting to the Head of MEP and based at our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating mechanical systems across AZIZI's portfolio of residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for creating accurate and fully coordinated BIM models, collaborating closely with architecture, structure, MEP, and interiors teams to ensure integrated and constructible solutions. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, design-led, and value-driven real estate assets that define AZIZI's projects across Dubai.

Responsibilities include

  • Adhere to the company standard BIM requirements and protocols
  • Develop and maintain 3D mechanical models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)
  • Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and meet project-specific Level of Development (LOD) requirements
  • Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle
  • Apply naming conventions and file structures as per company and project requirements
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across models
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs
  • Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360
  • Facilitate model reviews and contribute to coordination meetings
  • Extract accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and other documentation from models
  • Generate material take-offs and assist with project estimations
  • Produce and update as-built models for project closeout

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MEP, or a related field
  • Proven experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems in residential or mixed-use developments
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination tools
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction documentation, and project coordination workflows
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
