BIM Modeler

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete detailing and BIM modelling.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit).
• Familiarity with precast production and erection processes.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and construction documentation.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

To produce high-quality precast concrete modelling and detailing using Building Information modelling (BIM) tools, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
