Architectural Speciality

• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to 

develop fully federated construction models.

• Actively produce and develop preparation of Architectural and Interior shop drawings directly 

from BIM models.

• Manage model development in accordance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ISO 19650 standards, and 

project milestones.

• Perform advanced clash detection using Navisworks / Revizto and ensure timely closure of 

coordination issues.

• Monitor Level of Development (LOD) progression from detailed design to LOD 400 shop drawings and 

LOD 500 as-built deliverables.

• Review, validate, and finalize shop drawing packages prior to submission, ensuring 

constructability and compliance with specifications.

• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and technical departments to resolve 

constructability and design interface issues.

• Manage model uploads, version control, submissions, and approvals through Autodesk Construction 

Cloud / BIM 360 platforms.

• Perform BIM QA/QC reviews, ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

• Support quantity take-off extraction, cutting lists, and technical reporting from BIM models.

• Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide technical leadership to BIM modelers and discipline 

engineers.

•Ensure full alignment between BIM models, 2D drawings, and site execution requirements

Structural Speciality

Review structural IFC and shop drawing requirements. Lead rebar detailing strategy

Coordinate structural openings with MEP

Review the slab edge/beam interface with the architecture. Approve structural shop drawings before 

Submission: Resolve clashes related to structural elements

Prepare complex structural details

Mechanical Speciality

Lead HVAC shop drawing production

Coordinate duct routing with architecture & structure

Review plant room layouts

Manage builder's work drawings (openings/supports). Review pressure testing zones & access 

requirements

Approve mechanical drawings before submission

Electrical Speciality

Lead the electrical shop drawing production

Coordinate cable tray routing

Review lighting coordination with ceiling layouts. Approve electrical shop drawings

Interface with authority load requirements

Manage builder's work openings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with related software.
• Strong background in Design practices.
• Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Team Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Familiarity with local and international architectural standards and practices is beneficial.

·· Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM

· Proven experience leading BIM teams on large-scale Commercial and Mixed-Use projects

· Advanced proficiency in Revit

· Strong hands-on experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (Essential)

· Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)

· Solid understanding of BIM standards and processes, including ISO 19650, LOD, and BEP

· Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments

· Gulf (Middle East) project experience is preferred

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
