Biofuels Production Engineer

The Biofuels Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production process of biofuels, ensuring efficiency, improving production methods and ensuring the quality of biofuels produced.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of biochemical and chemical processes, and expertise in process optimization and biofuels production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, evaluate, and optimize biofuels production processes.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

Work with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all production activities.

Monitor and control resources in production process.

Participate in the installation, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.

Conduct experiments to develop innovative biofuels production processes.

Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.

Prepare reports on production performance and improvements.

Stay current with latest trends and advancements in biofuels production technologies.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Biofuels Production Engineer or similar role in biofuels production.

Strong understanding of biochemical and chemical processes.

Proficiency in process simulation software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in biofuels production.

BSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
