Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Bitrix24 CRM Specialist with proven experience in customizing, automating, and optimizing Bitrix24 CRM environments. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CRM architecture, workflow automation, system integrations, reporting, and data governance.
This role is focused on designing scalable CRM structures and building automation-driven workflows that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bitrix24 CRM Customization and Architecture
- Design and implement structured CRM pipelines aligned with business operations.
- Create and manage Workflows, Automation Rules and Smart Processes to support operational workflows.
- Build and optimize CRM Pipelines & Funnels (Leads, Deals, Custom Pipelines).
- Design scalable field architecture and structured data models.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and access hierarchies.
- Develop scalable lead distribution logic (round-robin, country-based, performance-based).
- Customize Bitrix24 modules (CRM, Tasks, Communication tools) to meet the operational needs of sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Configure cross-module workflows between CRM, Tasks, and Communication tools to ensure seamless collaboration and process visibility.
2. Workflow Automation & Business Processes
- Design and implement automated workflows for:
- Lead generation and assignment.
- Sales pipeline management.
- Customer support processes.
- Internal communication flows.
- Create and manage Automation Rules & Triggers for:
- SLA tracking
- Notifications & escalations
- Task creation
- Status validation
- Develop advanced Business Processes & Workflows using Bitrix24 Workflow Designer.
- Implement system controls to maintain data integrity and enforce structured process compliance.
3. CRM Integrations
- Ensure proper data migration, field mapping, validation, and synchronization with external systems (ERP, accounting software, telephony, marketing platforms).
- Design and oversee secure data exchange between Bitrix24 and third-party systems.
- Implement structured integration testing and post-go-live validation.
4. Reporting & Performance Analytics
-Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on:
- Sales performance.
- Customer interactions.
- Lead tracking & conversion.
- Source ROI.
- SLA compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across pipelines.
- Support management with actionable CRM analytics and KPI tracking.
5. System Maintenance & Optimization
- Continuously monitor CRM system performance and optimize configurations.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure Bitrix24 CRM updates are applied regularly and that the system remains secure and up to date.
- Conduct periodic system audits for performance, automation efficiency, and data structure integrity.
- Collaborate with external vendors or Bitrix24 support for complex technical issues and enhancements.
6. Compliance & Data Security
- Ensure the CRM system adheres to data protection regulations and internal governance policies.
- Maintain secure handling of customer data within the CRM.
- Regularly audit system permissions and access control structures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal data security policies.

- (24+) years hands-on experience customizing Bitrix24 CRM
- Strong expertise in:
1- Smart Processes.
2- CRM Pipelines & Funnels.
3- Automation Rules & Triggers.
4- Business Processes & Workflow Designer.
- Experience building lead distribution systems and automation logic.
- Experience integrating CRM systems via REST API and Webhooks.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and reporting logic.
- Experience in sales-driven or high-volume lead environments (real estate experience is a plus).
