Role Description:
- Responsiblefor the implementationand execution of the Sales ActionPlan.
- Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and sectors and provide this information regularly to the Sales management team.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for technical, commercial, and business issues for those accounts and sectors assigned. Work with Presales & Projects Managers on all technical issues.
- Be able to personally conduct a basic product presentation/demonstration (hardware and software).
- Prepare financial analysis (Project Projections, Pipeline, and/or Revenue & Cashflow Plan) of projects.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve preset financial targets.
- Opening new accounts
- Updatethe task list toincorporate all sentquotation and theirrespective statuses.
- Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
- experience in the BMS field.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Experience Needed: 1 to 3 years
