B. Role Purpose:

Performs skilled Low Current operation and maintenance tasks

C. Key Accountabilities:

- Performs skilled Low Current planned maintenance tasks.

- Performs Low Current Routine maintenance tasks.

- Performs Low Current troubleshooting and Repairs.

- Participates in advanced Low Current tasks under supervision.

- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.

- Responds to client complaints / requests.

- Attends and participates in commissioning of new Low Current installations.

- Leads up to four Low Current subordinate(s).

- Monitor, control and maintain the operations of the BMS system and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults & interruptions to service.

- Carry out planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs & adjustments to the BMS system to provide operational effectiveness & continuity of service.

- Reading & understanding mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.

- Analyzing & correcting communication issues related to BMS.

- Leads up to 4 Low Current subordinates

- participate in shift work and/or out of hours working as governed by the necessity to maintain continuity of operations of essential system.

- use safe system work when working with all system and equipment and ensure the same with the department.

- Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason.
