Board Representative Education Group
Location: New Administrative Capital, Egypt
We are hiring a Board Representative to act as the owners voice in operations and the primary liaison between the Board, the General Manager, and the senior leadership team.

What you will do
Represent the Board: Translate owners vision into clear priorities, timelines, and success metrics; track delivery and report progress.
Serve as focal point: Streamline communication between the Board, the General Manager, and all heads of function (academics, operations, finance, admissions, marketing, information technology, and facilities).
Drive governance: Prepare agendas, briefs, and dashboards for review meetings; document decisions, risks, and follow-ups.
Align execution: Coordinate cross-department plans, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives and budgets.
Monitor performance: Track key performance indicators such as enrollment, retention, academic outcomes, parent satisfaction, staff stability, and cost control; recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder relations: Act as a senior brand ambassador; engage with regulators, partners, and peer schools as needed.
Risk and compliance: Surface issues early, manage escalation pathways, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Communications: Craft concise updates, memos, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
What you bring
Fluent English and Arabic; confident, clear communicator and presenter.
812 years of leadership experience in premium K12 international schools, with 35 years in an owners liaison, board representative, executive advisor, or similar role.
Preferably known in the local market with experience in comparable roles at competitor schools.
Executive presence: highly presentable, strong personality, and high emotional intelligence.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills; able to influence without direct authority.
Strategic planning and analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, budgets, and risk registers.
Excellent organization and follow-through; meticulous with documentation and meeting actions.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (suites, project trackers, CRM/ERP).
