Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding repair processes and services offered in the body shop.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and timeframes.
• Coordinate with the repair team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to repairs or services.
• Promote additional services that may benefit the customer and their vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the body shop.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in automotive body shop or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques, particularly for German vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools for body shop repairs.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations regarding vehicle repairs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
