Job Description

FerriFirenze, a prestigious Florentine company specialising in the creation of high-end jewellery, is seeking a passionate and results-drivenStore Managerto lead our team and ensure an exceptional client experience at our boutique located in the Place Vendme Mall, Doha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and supervision of daily store operations.
  • Achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Coordination of the sales team and accurate transaction management.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation, upholding high brand image standards.
  • Welcoming and assisting clients according to the FerriFirenze standards of excellence.
  • Collaborating with the CRM team to build long-term client relationships, ensuring accurate data entry and consistent follow-up with new and returning customers.
  • Managing and supporting stock control through direct communication with key headquarter departments to maximize sales and align with new product launches.
  • Proactively monitoring current competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
  • Maintaining security standards within the store to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Actively participating in meetings with the Headquarters team.
  • Managing any other required activities or tasks.
  • Mastering FerriFirenze sales techniques and the unique client experience.
  • Supporting in-store after-sales services.
  • Representing the FerriFirenze image through appropriate attire and presence, adhering to company grooming standards.
  • Ability to maintain a regular and reliable presence, with availability for flexible hours based on business needs.

Profile and Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Doha, Qatar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-end jewellery boutiques or luxury brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary for coordinating a team effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-traffic periods calmly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • The ideal candidate must be focused on teamwork with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment.
