Role Description:
We are seeking a BPMN Consultant to lead business process analysis, design, and optimization. You will capture and model enterprise workflows, design BPMN 2.0 compliant processes, and collaborate with IT teams to implement automation across ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming business requirements into efficient, automated, and governed processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture as-is processes and design optimized to-be models.
- Work with BPMN 2.0 platforms (Camunda, Signavio, Bizagi, Flowable).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate BPMN into workflow automation systems.
- Define governance frameworks for process management and compliance.
- Provide training and documentation for sustainable process adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in Business Process Analysis and BPMN 2.0 modeling.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN tools such as Camunda, Signavio, Bizagi, or Flowable.
- Understanding of workflow automation, ERP, or enterprise IT applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
