Role Description

The Branch Admin & Front Desk position is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, assisting with day-to-day operations, offering exceptional customer service, and handling financial transactions. This role also involves maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring smooth office operations and a professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record management, and office organization.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and propose improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance, including handling transactions and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office.
  • Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with Arabic is a plus.
