Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Manage cash operations, expenses, and financial reporting in line with company policies.
  • Ensure an attractive and organized appearance that reflects the brand image.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a branch manager or a similar leading role.
  • Proven experience in Branch Management, preferably in the Training & Coaching industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of reception operations and customer service.
  • Ability to set and achieve daily operational goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
