Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Branch Manager at Al Safa Pharmacies. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensure efficient workflow processes, and manage a team of pharmacy staff. Key responsibilities include supervising inventory management, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff supervision, training, and fostering a positive work environment in alignment with company standards.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in inventory management, operations, and meeting sales targets in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Sound knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Relevant management experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Giza.
