Branch Manager (Swimming Academy) Almanar Branch

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead

and oversee the overall operations of a swimming academy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily

operations, leading teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving

operational and financial performance in a professional sports setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational management of the academy.
  • Lead, manage, and develop administrative and aquatic teams.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and employee performance management.
  • Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting requirements.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and support business growth strategies.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in General
  • Management or Operations Management.
  • Previous experience within the sports, fitness, or recreational industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in customer service and sales-driven environments.
  • Financial and operational planning experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
