Branch Manager to lead
and oversee the overall operations of a swimming academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily
operations, leading teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving
operational and financial performance in a professional sports setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational management of the academy.
- Lead, manage, and develop administrative and aquatic teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance targets.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee performance management.
- Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting requirements.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and support business growth strategies.
- Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in General
- Management or Operations Management.
- Previous experience within the sports, fitness, or recreational industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
