Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Cairo. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory and supply chain management, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the branch's success and contributing to the organization's mission of improving public health.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inventory control, supply chain management, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of customer service excellence and sales strategy implementation
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in pharmacy management or a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations and reporting
