Branch Manager

The Branch Manager - Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and managing overall branch operations. This role involves leading a sales team to meet targets, developing sales strategies to attract and retain customers, and ensuring the efficient running of the branch. The Branch Manager will focus on building strong customer relationships, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the company's growth in the marine engine and spare parts market.

C. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed branch sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and expand the existing client base.

Monitor branch performance, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the marine industry.

Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch, including inventory management and customer service.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to boost sales.

Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer issues or concerns promptly.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

D. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in sales and branch management, preferably in the marine or technical sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with inventory management and operational efficiency in a sales environment.
