Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Branch Manager (Pharmacist). The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring a high standard of service and pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring pharmacy staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients. The role involves operational leadership to achieve the pharmacy's strategic objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong pharmaceutical expertise, dispensing medication, and understanding medical guidelines
- Proficiency in staff supervision, team management, and training
- Skills in inventory management and maintaining stock levels
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent qualification is required
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Egypt
- Experience in a similar leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage
