This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager (Sales & Operations) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales activities, develop and track sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets. Responsibilities also include ensuring high customer satisfaction through service quality, optimizing processes, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with other departments for growth initiatives. The candidate will represent the organization and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and employees to foster a cohesive and efficient workplace culture.

• Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Skills in Operations Management, Budget Planning, and Resource Allocation
• A track record in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Workflow Optimization, and Problem-Solving
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic
• Familiarity with relevant business software and tools, such as CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the education or language learning
