We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage our branche in Dokki , ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and outstanding customer service.

Job Purpose
- To manage branch operations effectively, drive sales performance, lead branch teams, and ensure the achievement of business targets while maintaining Dr. Greiche's standards for service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant performance.
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets through effective planning, team leadership, and customer engagement.
- Manage, coach, and motivate branch staff to enhance performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordination with supply chain to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards across the branch.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, operational KPIs, and staff productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure proper cash handling, invoicing accuracy, and compliance with financial controls.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional branch environment at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or relevant field is preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar supervisory/management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage operational KPIs.
- Good understanding of retail/branch operations and customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
