The ideal candidate for this role is a senior banking operations professional who will provide expert advisory and operational leadership across branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support branch management on end-to-end branch operations including transactions, cash management, account services, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and internal policies
- Lead operational risk management, internal controls, and fraud prevention initiatives
- Drive process optimization, automation, and digital transformation across branches
- Monitor branch KPIs (efficiency, compliance, customer satisfaction) and report insights to senior management
- Conduct operational audits and support resolution of complex operational and compliance issues
- Develop and deliver training programs for branch managers and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of banking operations experience, including 58 years in branch operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of KSA banking regulations (SAMA, AML)
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and change management
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience with core banking systems and digital banking tools
Preferred:
- Certified Branch Manager / Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in digital banking, automation, and branch transformation initiatives
