Branch Sales Manager - Study Abroad Education

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager in Study Abroad Education located in Dubai. The Branch Sales Manager will lead and oversee sales operations, develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and institutions, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing a team of education counselors, conducting market research, identifying target audiences, implementing outreach activities, providing guidance to students for their study abroad aspirations, and collaborating with international institutions. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and continuously optimizing sales efforts.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Sales and marketing expertise, including market research, client outreach, sales strategy development, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of overseas education systems, university admissions processes, and visa requirements.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in an office environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in the education consultancy or international student recruitment industry is highly advantageous.
