Job Responsibilities•Act as a Dyson brand ambassador in-store or at events, providing exceptional product demonstrations and consultations.
•Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively matching customer needs with the right Dyson solutions.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
•Provide after-sales support and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Dyson products and stay updated on new technologies and launches.
•Work closely with store staff or retail partners to optimize product placement, stock levels, and visibility.
•Report daily or weekly sales performance and customer feedback to your line manager.
•Explains D&I and return and exchange policies to customers
