The Plot Pictures is GCC and MENAT's first independent narrative studio that produces, co-produce and distributes a diverse slate of hyperlocal independent films & TV series that find their space in both local and global audience. Our goal is to internally have a diverse team that is representative of the audience we wish to serve.
Role Overview:
The Plot Pictures is seeking a dynamic and culturally attuned Brand Integration & Sponsorships Executive to build and execute partnerships that bridge brands with storytelling.
This role is central to unlocking commercial value within film, series, and content IPs through brand integrations, sponsorships, and co-branded initiatives across the MENA region.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with a deep understanding of regional audiences, brand behavior, and cultural nuances, capable of transforming narratives into strategic marketing collaborations that feel authentic, impactful, and cinematic.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Partnerships & Commercial Development
Identify, approach, and secure brand integration and sponsorship deals across The Plot Pictures slate of films, series, and creative projects.
Build custom brand solutions that align advertiser goals with storylines, characters, and audience sentiment.
Lead end-to-end partnership processes from pitch creation and proposal writing to negotiation, agreement, and delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies, and corporate sponsors across GCC and North Africa.
Integration & Creative Collaboration
Work closely with producers, writers, and directors to design organic and effective brand placements and on-screen integrations.
Ensure all partnerships maintain creative integrity and enhance not disrupt the viewing experience.
Oversee implementation during production and post-production, ensuring visual accuracy and contractual deliverables.
Strategic Insights & Sponsorship Activation
Analyze audience data and cultural insights to position The Plot Pictures content as a premium vehicle for brands.
Develop post-campaign performance reports showcasing ROI, reach, and impact for brand partners.
Identify emerging trends in entertainment marketing, influencer tie-ins, and digital extensions that can complement The Plot's projects.
Relationship & Market Development
Represent The Plot Pictures at industry events, film markets, and brand forums in the MENA region.
Maintain a network of key advertisers, cultural institutions, and creative agencies interested in regional content collaboration.
Support long-term partnership strategies that enhance The Plot Pictures brand positioning as a hub for meaningful, market-relevant storytelling.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) essential
Excellent negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills
Strong network across regional marketing and brand ecosystems
Understanding of entertainment marketing, product placement, and sponsorship value
Culturally sensitive with the ability to translate brand objectives into authentic integrations
Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business 2-3 years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, or entertainment marketing (experience within a film, TV, or content production environment preferred)
Proven record of working with GCC or pan-Arab brands
Familiarity with the MENA entertainment landscape and current audience trends
Performance Indicators:
Sponsorship and brand integration revenue generated
Number and quality of collaborations secured per project
Creative and executional excellence of integrations
Client satisfaction and retention rate
Visibility and resonance of brand integrations across MENA
