JOB PURPOSE :
The job holder is responsible for managing Brand Management function including brand development and governance, communication, execution support, and performance monitoring and enhancement to position and promote ZATCAâs brand and services.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contribute to the development of Brand & Content Management business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
- Develop the operational plan for Brand Management in line with Brand & Content Management business plan and Corporate Communications & Awareness strategic plan
- Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Brand Management goals that support ZATCAâs overall strategic plans
- Discuss Brand Management budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
- Ensure effective utilization of Brand Management budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
- Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Brand Management and mitigates financial and operational risks
- Review ZATCAâs current brand equity and challenges and identify improvement areas to be implemented
- Define ZATCA brand identity and brand objectives to position and promote ZATCAâs brand and services
- Ensure applying related requirements in order to register a trademark for ZATCA in alignment with set mission and vision
- Manage the development of branding strategy and related initiatives to achieve brand reach objectives in line with ZATCAâs overall strategy
- Manage the development of ZATCAâs brand development guidelines in line with ZATCA mission and vision and ensure communication and consistent implementation
- Guide the execution of branding initiatives providing needed recommendations to enhance brand reach and awareness
- Govern the use of ZATCAâs brand across all communication channels to ensure alignment with brand identity and manage reputation feedback to enable insights development
- Oversee ZATCAâs brand use in verbal and visual communication material to ensure alignment with set guidelines and brand identity
- Ensure detailed review of developed campaignsâ briefs by Awareness general department to preserve ZATCAâs identity before sending it to creative agencies for concept development
- Monitor the implementation of branding initiatives and update branding strategy, if required
- Monitor ZATCAâs brand use in communication material and enforce corrective actions
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure communication material alignment with set standards
- Update ZATCAâs brand development guidelines, when required, according to derived issues and lessons learned to enhance preservation of ZATCAâs identity
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
- Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
- Develop individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise team and provide regular feedback on performance
- Establish a high-performance working environment and promote ZATCA values
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
- An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level
- Bachelorâs degree or Master in Communications, or equivalent is required
