Our client is a leading tyre manufacture with a long-established international brand portfolio. They are seeking to hire a Brand Manager who will drive the brand strategy across the with a primary focus on launching the brand into Europe in 2026. This is a newly created role offering significant autonomy and global exposure. The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the brand strategy across the EuroAmericas region.
- Shape a compelling value proposition for the European market while maintaining the brand's heritage.
- Lead the brand and marketing workstream for the Europe 2026 launch.
- Execute integrated, multichannel campaigns (digital, offline, events, dealer marketing).
- Oversee go-to-market plans including dealer activations, PR, digital campaigns, and launch events.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency across markets.
- Track KPIs related to brand awareness, dealer adoption, and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with regional sales, product, and creative teams to drive local execution.
- Work closely with agencies and vendors to deliver world-class brand experiences.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally leading launches in European markets.
- Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and scaling brands across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (digital + offline).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, able to operate with minimal guidance.
- Global mindset with exposure to international businesses; European background is an advantage. Demonstrated success in launching brands in Europe would be highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work European working hours while based full-time in Dubai.
