About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead brand activations across the GCC and manage the brand innovations pipeline globally. The role involves overseeing innovation projects, executing campaigns, monitoring business performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovations:
- Lead all innovation projects for assigned brand(s) as per established processes.
- Coordinate with clusters, R&D, domestic marketing, packaging, operations, and graphics teams to ensure tasks are executed on time and according to processes.
- Update line managers on project progress and flag risks early to facilitate mitigation planning.
2. Brand Activations / Campaigns:
- Develop annual and quarterly brand activation calendars in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional teams (CFTs) to execute the activation calendar effectively.
3. Business Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor brand and product performance segment-wise, tracking business outcomes and brand health.
- Align marketing actions with overall business strategy.
