Job Summary: The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the brand's strategy to elevate its presence in the retail luxury industry. This role involves overseeing brand positioning, storytelling, marketing campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement to ensure consistent brand growth and desirability. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury branding, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines visual identity and promotional messaging.
- Oversee the planning and execution of communication and media campaigns in collaboration with PR and advertising teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the development and management of marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.
- Guide and develop the brand and communication team to achieve outstanding performance.
- Work closely with various departments (Sales, Production, Development) to ensure consistency in marketing messaging.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.
1. Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, luxury marketing, or fragrance/beauty industry/FMCG.
- Proven success in building and executing brand strategies for premium/luxury brands.
- Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer marketing).
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and global market trends.
