Job Title - Global Brand Manager - Face Care (Beauty and Personal Care)
Job Summary - To support the global skincare growth agenda by building a strong innovation pipeline, driving marketing delivery on product development projects, and enabling insight and data-led category decisions. This role works closely with global and regional cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights and trends into scalable, impactful skincare innovations.

Responsibilities
Innovation Pipeline & Project Briefs
- Support the execution of the global skincare innovation pipeline by working with internal cross-functional teams on projects while staying connected to beauty and skincare trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activity.
- Help execute projects that translate insights into innovation opportunities aligned with Himalaya's brand and science-led positioning.
- Conduct competitive and market scanning, opportunity sizing, and early-stage concept development.
- Support in developing high-quality project briefs covering:
- Consumer insight and unmet need
- Reason to Believe (RTB) and claims direction
- Product format, pack type, and usage cues
Prepare compelling engagement decks once concepts are qualified to align innovation hubs and key internal stakeholders.
Project Management - Ongoing Development Projects
- Drive day-to-day marketing deliverables for active skincare projects in close collaboration with Innovation, CMI, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain/PMD, and regional hubs.
- Facilitate coordination, follow-ups, and tracking in partnership with the PMD team to ensure timely delivery.
- Own key marketing inputs including:
- Product and claims briefs
- Concept and storytelling frameworks
- Artwork and packaging feedback and guidance
- Act as a connector between functions, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment through the development lifecycle.
Market & Performance Analysis
- Support global and hub-level market analysis for face care and skincare categories.
- Conduct data collection, synthesis, and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Support market segmentation and prioritization exercises across regions.
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform innovation and portfolio decisions.
Qualification-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA will be an added advantage Proven work experience (5-6 years+) in marketing, in multinational organizations
- International exposure- preferably SEA and past experiences in Beauty & Personal Care will be an added advantage
- Strong experience/interest/engagement in beauty and skincare categories (digitally connected, trend-aware, creative, with good taste level and consumer sensitivity).
- Ideally have worked on an innovation / ideation role. Marketing projects management, especially on product development exposure and interface with R&D and multifunctional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, and create clear, compelling decks and briefs
