Key Focus Areas

  • Own brand strategy with full P&L accountability
  • Translate marketing investments into revenue and margin growth
  • Drive ROI across marketing and trade spend with disciplined budget control
  • Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Principals to deliver performance
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to unlock commercial opportunities
  • Ideal Profile
  • FMCG experience (Food or Non-Food)
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership
  • Track record of linking marketing to revenue, margins, and ROI
  • Experience in trade spend optimization and performance tracking
  • Background in a multinational setup with strong stakeholder management
  • Open to Arabic-speaking candidates
