Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Conduct situational analysis and participate in setting brand vision, brand positioning, and achieving overall business goals (Annual Brand Plan).
- Responsible for developing and launching new products.
- Manage BTL marketing projects, including preparation of all required materials.
- Handle the brand marketing budget, track spend vs. impact, and contribute to improving brand margin, trade spending plans, and distribution tactics.
- Develop and manage consumer promotional strategies and preparation for upcoming events.
- Lead new product launch campaigns, including multi-phase marketing activities across digital, influencer, OOH, retail, and experiential channels.
- Work collaboratively with the Trade Marketing & Sales Manager to develop trade promotions and incentive programs that generate incremental sales across all distribution channels.
- Analyze consumer trends and competitive information to identify new product categories and market segments to penetrate.
- Generate marketing and brand health reports on a regular basis.
Job Specifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Accounting (MBA is a plus).
- Preferred Universities: Commerce or Academy.
- Experience:
- 58 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5 years in brand management.
- Experience in FMCG, consumable goods, or marketing agencies preferred.
