We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead the growth and innovation of one of our key FMCG categories from strategy and campaign development to product launches and market performance.

Who are we

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast-food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing

  • Manage the brand's product portfolio and oversee their P&L to drive revenue growth, ensure profitability, and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Manage current product portfolios and oversee the introduction of new products, aligning with market needs and consumer trends.
  • Work closely with factory teams to coordinate product launches and communicate consumer feedback regarding product quality issues/innovations where applicable.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive long-term growth.
  • Design and execute campaigns across retail, digital, and trade marketing channels to boost visibility and sales.
  • Enhance brand presence through trade marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal placement and promotions in key retail channels.
  • Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and external agencies to align on goals and ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Set measurable goals to monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative ways to expand brand reach and engage target audiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on brand performance and project status.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Marketing; with 3 years in brand management within FMCG industry,
  • Exposure of trade marketing and strong understanding of FMCG
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
