Job Summary
Truffles Co. Egypt is seeking a highly driven and creative Brand Manager to lead and grow our skincare and haircare categories. The ideal candidate will build a strong brand identity, manage product development and launches, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital and retail channels. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of the beauty and personal care market in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Development
Develop and implement brand strategies for skincare & haircare product lines.
Build annual brand plans, positioning strategies, and key messaging.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
Monitor beauty market trends in Egypt, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
2. Product Management
Collaborate with R&D and suppliers to develop, refine, and enhance product formulas.
Lead planning and execution for product launches including packaging concepts, pricing strategy, and promotional plans.
Analyze product performance, sales reports, and consumer feedback to optimize product portfolio.
3. Marketing & Communication
Manage 360 marketing campaigns (digital ads, influencers, retail, offline activations).
Approve creative designs, content calendars, and brand communication materials.
Build relationships with influencers, dermatologists, salons, and beauty professionals.
Ensure all communication reflects brand values and accurate product claims.
4. Market Research & Performance Analysis
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps.
Prepare monthly performance reports and detailed insights on brand KPIs.
Recommend data-driven actions for improving market share and brand visibility.
5. Sales Support & Retail Activation
Work with sales teams to support product visibility and POS materials in stores.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising consistency and proper product display.
Create training materials for sales teams and beauty advisors on product benefits and usage.
6. Budgeting & ROI
Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient spending across campaigns.
Track ROI for marketing activities and optimize resources to achieve brand goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
35 years of experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in cosmetics/skincare/haircare or FMCG).
Strong understanding of the Egyptian beauty market and consumer behavior.
Experience in digital marketing and influencer collaboration.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of skincare & haircare trends, ingredients, and product claims.
Strong eye for design, packaging, and visual identity.
Proficiency in MS Office and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
