Position: Brand Manager
Location: Dubai
Purpose of the Role
Our client, a leading consumer products company with a strong international presence, operates globally across emerging markets in Asia, Africa & The Middle East. They are known for a diverse portfolio of beloved brands within the beauty and wellness space.
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Manager to drive business objectives, manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, and deliver significant results within the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement comprehensive country-brand strategies in existing and new markets.
- Identify relevant consumer insights for core brands and plan effective communication strategies.
- Establish and execute all digital marketing strategies for core and new brands across a cluster of international markets.
- Define consumer insights for strategic brand development.
- Create compelling brand equity and loyalty among target consumers through innovative methods.
- Responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the Brand.
- Manage brand budgets and net contributions for the assigned cluster.
- Lead brand building & activation initiatives for identified brands in respective countries.
- Drive communication development for respective brands in identified countries.
- Oversee media planning & execution of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities for the brand.
- Develop & execute marketing programs in collaboration with agencies across multiple countries and cross-functional teams.
- Orchestrate product promotion through market communication, media, and sales visibility efforts.
- Responsible for New Product Development (NPD) for respective markets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for new product development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute).
- 4 to 5 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Candidate should ideally have worked in either the Personal Care or Foods category.
- Prior experience across both Sales & Marketing is preferable.
- Innovation experience is preferable.
