Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand visibility across channels (Distributers, Pharmacies and Cosmo stores).
- Optimize channel performance, building strong relationships with channel partners.
- Set targets/performance plans and objective standards for subordinates.
- Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Develop channel-specific strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage effective loyalty programs to engage customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Track program performance and make adjustments to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Develop communication strategies to promote loyalty programs and encourage participation.
- Analyze program performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance customer retention.
- Managing, following up and analyzing the commercial POS team in Cosmo stores.
- Work with sales and distribution teams to maintain effective point-of-sale (POS) materials and displays.
- Responsible for organizing and executing training in Commercial channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medicine, veterinary medicine.
Experience
- From 6 up to 8 years of related Job Function / Industry / Experience.
- 1-2 years demonstrable Brand Management / Marketing Experience.
- Experience in Orthopedics, Rheumatology, or Neurology is preferred.
