JOB PURPOSE: the Brand Manager is responsible for building & executing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans that align with integrated dermatology strategy and contribute to the overall Marketing, Sales strategy, and broader marketing mix (HCP, consumer & trade). He/she is responsible for strong and timely execution and strong partner to Marketing Manager, Sales teams and supportive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the global and regional marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, and other customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of activations and campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, track return ROI, and report on budget performance.
- Drive forecasting process (CPS).
- Collaborate with the principals marketing team, to align marketing and local market knowledge to brand strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, regulatory, finance and supply chain) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
- Support new product launches and campaigns with data-backed projections and post-campaign analysis
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns aligned to the company's overall marketing & sales strategy.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts in both Medical and consumer arenas.
- Develop and implement customer engagement activities that drive brand awareness and enhance loyalty and retention.
- Generate any reports, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly if required.
- Drive BD based on the division LRP ambition to achieve company goals and targets.
- Submit a detailed Business Plan for the new opportunities including Expected P&L.
- Actively engage and search for all opportunities aligned with LRP objectives.
Experience, Qualification and Skills:
- 25 years (preferably in skincare or OTC industry)
- Bachelors / master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation Skills
- Proven experience in trade marketing, campaign planning and execution ideally within the retail or skincare sector. Prior experience in the beauty sector is a plus.
