The leading stock-market company in Jeddah, KSA is looking for a results-driven Saudi National Brand Manager with a strong F&B background to lead brand strategy, drive growth, and strengthen market presence. The role involves managing brand portfolios, pricing, campaigns, and budgets while driving market share and brand equity.

Strategy & Portfolio

  • Define and execute brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and expansion plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Lead category/brand portfolio across value proposition, channels, and geographic coverage to maximize reach.

Team & Budget Management

  • Manage and guide the category/brand team, ensuring efficient execution and compliance.
  • Prepare, control, and monitor brand budgets to meet revenue, margin, and contribution targets.

Brand & Marketing Management

  • Develop brand identity, guidelines, and campaigns to drive brand equity, market share, and penetration.
  • Lead marketing, promotional, and communication activities ensuring consistency and impact.

Communication & Agencies

  • Oversee marketing materials and channel selection to maximize reach and competitiveness.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies and external partners.

Market Research & Business Performance

  • Lead consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Review performance, forecast results, and recommend corrective or investment actions.

Revenue & Portfolio Optimization

  • Lead promotions, pricing, and mix strategies to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
  • Optimize portfolio lifecycle to drive simplification and margins.

New Product Development

  • Lead NPD from idea to launch, ensuring cost, pricing, margin, and execution alignment.

Cross-Functional & Digital

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage digital marketing, online presence, SEO, and social media to maximize ROI.

Governance

  • Contribute to marketing policies, systems, and processes to ensure operational consistency.
