Brand Manager – Medical Consumables (KSA)
I'm currently supporting a well-established Saudi healthcare organisation that is expanding its medical consumables portfolio across the Kingdom.
They are hiring a Brand Manager to take ownership of a key product portfolio, driving commercial growth across MOH, institutional and private sector hospitals.
This is a commercially focused role with strong exposure to tenders, pricing strategy, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own annual sales revenue and margin targets
- Develop quarterly and monthly sales plans
- Monitor sales performance by region, product line and key accounts
- Work closely with the Tender Department to ensure timely submissions
- Support pricing strategy with the Commercial Manager to maximise win rate and margin
- Support sales teams during major negotiations and key account activity
- Align sales forecasts with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Conduct field visits and support sales teams in closing opportunities
- Deliver product and competitor training to sales teams
- Track competitor activity, tender performance and market positioning
- Maintain strong relationships with brand partners and coordinate joint activity
- Organise workshops, training and key account visits with international KOLs
Requirements
- Strong experience in medical consumables or medical device sales
- Proven exposure to tenders (NUPCO / Etimad experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market
- Commercially driven mindset (pricing, margin, forecasting)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Tender and Supply Chain teams
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
