Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategically oriented Brand Manager to lead brand development, market positioning, and multi-region marketing initiatives for our FinTech products. Based in Dubai, this role oversees brand growth across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capability, cultural adaptability, and proven experience in navigating regulated financial environments.

What You'll Do:

Brand Strategy and Positioning

  • Develop and refine brand strategies across international markets, ensuring clear differentiation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build communication frameworks that strengthen user trust, emphasizing compliance, data security, and product reliability.
  • Conduct continuous market, competitor, and audience research to identify brand opportunities and strategic direction.

Localized Marketing and Market Adaptation

  • Lead the localization of brand messaging, creative assets, and product communication for diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial advertising standards in each target region.
  • Oversee multi-language content development, including English and Arabic, with emphasis on accuracy and cultural relevance.

Campaign Management and Channel Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated brand and performance campaigns across key digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and search platforms.
  • Manage influencer and KOL partnerships with regionally relevant financial content creators.
  • Coordinate brand participation in industry events, including FinTech summits, exhibitions, and investor-focused activities.
  • Develop localized onboarding tools and user education mechanisms to enhance product adoption.

User Acquisition, Activation, and Retention

  • Establish user trust-building frameworks through credible product communication, including licensing disclosures and security assurance.
  • Develop culturally aligned incentive and retention programs to drive activation and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to improve re-engagement strategies for users who discontinue registration or transaction processes.

Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, platforms, associations, and strategic partners to enhance brand credibility and market presence.
  • Plan and execute co-branded initiatives aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Data Analytics and Performance Evaluation

  • Track and assess KPIs such as CAC, retention, activation, and conversion rates across targeted markets.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize channel performance.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of brand management experience in FinTech or the Internet industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing branding or acquisition initiatives in overseas markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, or Latin America).
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin with professional communication proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decision-making.
