The Brand Manager for watches & jewelry is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our select luxury brand(s), connect with customers, increase sales, and stay competitive by aligning marketing, advertising, and managing product positioning, and market research, while ensuring consistent brand(s) image across all channels
Duties and Essential Job Functions
Management:
- Provides focus and a sense of direction for the brand(s) management team(s).
- Maintain and carry out the brand(s) goals, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the marketing financial and budgetary activities related to the brand(s).
- Analyze the management report for an effective and efficient stock management system.
- Analyze the financial statements, reports, and other performance indicators to provide the necessary feedback and recommendations.
- Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate brand(s) and company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.
- Develop quantified M.B.O. plans for the direct subordinates and ensure that the process propagates through all levels.
- To maintain viable and healthy relations with strategic accounts, business partners, and related parties.
Technical:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions focused on brand(s) products and values.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Develop and maintain brand(s) price lists for retail and corporate sales in the designated area.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, as required by the brand(s).
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer preferences and purchase history.
Marketing and Brand(s) Representation:
- Represent the brand(s) with integrity and excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to enhance brand(s) visibility.
- Actively participate in the brand(s) events and functions.
- Network and build relationships within the luxury market.
- Conduct competitive analysis and chronic benchmarking to maintain awareness of market trends.
Minimum Requirements
- Education - College or University Graduate in the fields of Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- Professional Experience - From Eight (8) to Ten (10) years experience gained through increasingly responsible positions in related fields within the luxury retail market.
- Competencies Required
- Proficiency in MS Office packages; e-mail and internet etiquette, business plan presentations, data research and interpretation.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, budget formulation and control
- Leadership and personal effectiveness
- Capable negotiator and persuader
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Physically and mentally fit for the job
4. Languages Proficient in English language (read, write, speak)
Preferable knowledge of Arabic language (read, write, speak)
