Job Summary
The Brand Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies to enhance the organization's visibility, engagement, and impact. Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent implementation of the organization's brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain the NGO's brand identity, messaging, and storytelling.
- Support campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and public engagement.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote programs, initiatives, and fundraising activities.
- Manage website content and ensure it is regularly updated and optimized.
- Monitor digital analytics and prepare performance reports.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and campaign materials.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
Content Development
- Develop compelling content such as blogs, newsletters, success stories, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure content aligns with organizational messaging and brand tone.
Campaigns & Promotions
- Support fundraising campaigns, awareness initiatives, and events.
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with program teams to capture stories, updates, and impact narratives.
- Coordinate with partners and media for communication initiatives.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 47 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
- Experience in NGOs, development sector, or social impact organizations is preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Content writing and storytelling skills.
- Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
