About the Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand partnerships, events, activations, and go-to-market initiatives at Eyewa. This role will play a key part in strengthening Eyewa's brand presence, driving awareness and engagement, and executing impactful offline and integrated brand campaigns across the region.

Reporting directly to the Brand Director, the ideal candidate has a strong background in brand marketing, events, PR, or agency environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch, negotiate and execute brand partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives aligned with Eyewa's brand strategy
  • Plan, manage, and deliver brand events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns, from concept to execution
  • Own go-to-market (GTM) planning for brand launches, campaigns, and key initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Buying, E-commerce, Retail, Growth, Creative, PR) to ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
  • Support PR and influencer initiatives in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, events, and activations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and execution plans to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of all brand initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform brand strategy and activations.

Requiremnts

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, events, PR, partnerships, or agency roles, preferably within consumer, retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience leading brand activations, events, partnerships, and GTM campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong executional rigor and attention to detail.
  • Experience in fast-growing or dynamic environments (retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands) is a strong plus.
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocation. Travel across the GCC for eyewa events/activations will be required at regular intervals throughout the year.
