We're Hiring — Brand Operations & Systems Manager

Glitch Goods | Cairo, Egypt | Full-Time

This isn't a traditional ops role. You won't be doing customer service or running ads — we have people for that. What we need is someone who can sit above the day-to-day, connect the dots between our team, and build real systems that scale.

What you'll actually do:

• Build and maintain operational systems across the brand

• Work directly with the founder on business structure and growth

• Oversee and interpret reports from our media buyer and operations team

• Own our Shopify backend — data, processes, and performance

• Use AI tools to automate and improve how we work

• Turn chaos into clarity

You're the right person if:

• You think in systems, not just tasks

• You're fluent in Shopify, Excel, and AI tools

• You've worked in e-commerce, a startup, or a DTC brand

• You're comfortable owning things without being micromanaged

• You want to grow with a brand, not just work for one
