The Bridal Consultant guides brides in selecting wedding attire and accessories, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience. The role combines client engagement, sales, inventory management, and dress preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Welcome clients, provide expert advice on bridal fashion, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the boutique team.
- Sales & Inventory Management: Assess client needs, monitor trends, assist with stock coordination, resolve issues, and use boutique software for sales and reporting.
- Dress Preparation & Delivery: Document client specifications, coordinate with tailors, prepare gowns, perform alterations, and address client concerns.
- Inventory Maintenance: Maintain gown displays, ensure quality, and conduct stock counts with the Shop Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bridal and evening fashion trends, designers, and styles.
- Detail-oriented, especially with gown fittings and alterations.
- Proficient in retail software for sales and inventory management.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to assist clients with gown fittings and handling dresses.
